This Purchase Order is issued by the Tehran Metropolitan Medical Center to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Radiologist for the Diagnostic Imaging Division. The Radiologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the interpretation of all radiological examinations, including but not limited to X-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine studies conducted at the facility located in Iran Tehran. The Radiologist shall also oversee quality assurance protocols, supervise junior radiology staff, and ensure compliance with all regulations set forth by the Iranian Ministry of Health and the Tehran Provincial Health Authority.

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial and labor laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, specifically those applicable to medical professionals practicing in Iran Tehran. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Tehran Arbitration Center.
4.2 The Radiologist named in this Purchase Order must maintain an active professional license issued by the Iranian Medical Council and must hold valid malpractice insurance coverage as mandated by the Tehran Provincial Health Authority. Failure to maintain these credentials shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
4.3 Payment terms: 30% of the total Purchase Order value shall be disbursed upon execution of the contract. The remaining 70% shall be paid in monthly installments, due on the 5th business day of each month, via bank transfer to the account specified above. All payments are subject to applicable Iranian tax regulations and withholding requirements.
4.4 The Radiologist shall report to the Head of the Radiology Department at the Tehran Metropolitan Medical Center and shall adhere to all institutional protocols, patient confidentiality standards (in accordance with Iranian data protection and medical ethics laws), and safety regulations for ionizing radiation exposure as defined by the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization.
4.5 The Radiologist is expected to work a minimum of 48 hours per week at the facility in Iran Tehran, with additional on-call shifts as outlined in Line Item 05. Overtime compensation shall be calculated in accordance with the Iranian Labor Code.
4.6 This Purchase Order may be renewed for successive one-year periods upon mutual written agreement between the parties, subject to performance evaluation and continued compliance with all regulatory requirements in Iran Tehran.
The Radiologist shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the Tehran Metropolitan Medical Center, located in the Valiasehr District of Tehran, Iran. All onboarding, credential verification, and system access provisioning shall be completed within the first five (5) business days of the commencement date. The Radiologist shall be provided with access to the hospital's Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), electronic medical records, and all diagnostic imaging equipment necessary to fulfill the obligations under this Purchase Order.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The buyer acknowledges that the Radiologist's services are critical to the diagnostic imaging operations of the facility in Iran Tehran and that timely execution of this Purchase Order is essential to patient care continuity.
