2. Scope of Purchase OrderThis Purchase Order is issued by the Amsterdam Metropolitan Health Consortium to formally engage the services of a qualified Radiologist operating within the jurisdiction of Netherlands Amsterdam. The purpose of this procurement is to secure comprehensive diagnostic imaging services, including but not limited to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, and digital radiography, to be performed and interpreted by the designated Radiologist at the Amsterdam Diagnostic Imaging Centre. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Dutch Medical Treatment Act (Wet medisch treatment, Wmt) and the professional standards set forth by the Royal Dutch Radiological Society (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Radiologie, NVR).

4. Terms and Conditions4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Amsterdam Metropolitan Health Consortium and the named Radiologist for the provision of diagnostic imaging services within the city of Netherlands Amsterdam and its immediate metropolitan area.
4.2 The Radiologist shall maintain valid professional registration with the Dutch Medical Council (Orde van Artsen) and shall hold current certification from the Royal Dutch Radiological Society (NVR) for the duration of this Purchase Order.
4.3 All imaging reports and diagnostic interpretations must be delivered in both Dutch and English within 48 hours of the examination, in compliance with Dutch data protection regulations (AVG/GDPR) as applicable in Netherlands Amsterdam.
4.4 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices shall be submitted to the procurement department of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Health Consortium. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Dutch rate (wettelijke rente).
4.5 The Radiologist is required to maintain professional liability insurance (beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering) with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 per claim, as mandated for medical practitioners in the Netherlands.
4.6 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with 60 days written notice. In the event of termination, all completed services shall be invoiced and settled within 14 days.
4.7 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam), Netherlands. The applicable law shall be Dutch civil law.
4.8 The Radiologist shall ensure that all equipment used for imaging meets the technical standards prescribed by the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (Ministerie van VWS) and that radiation exposure levels comply with the Dutch Radiation Protection Act (Wet kernenergie en ioniserende straling, Wkiv).
5. Delivery and Performance ScheduleServices under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and continue on a rolling monthly basis through 30 June 2026. The Radiologist shall be available at the Amsterdam Diagnostic Imaging Centre, Keizersgracht 210, Netherlands Amsterdam, Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 19:00, and on a rotating on-call basis for emergency radiology services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Monthly service reports shall be submitted to the Consortium by the 5th business day of the following month.
