This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Medical Group LLC to formally engage the above-named Radiologist for the provision of comprehensive diagnostic imaging services at our facility located in Qatar Doha. The Radiologist shall perform all duties in accordance with the standards set by the Qatar Ministry of Public Health and the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP). The engagement covers a twelve-month period commencing on 1 August 2025 and concluding on 31 July 2026, subject to renewal as per the terms outlined in this Purchase Order.

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. Invoices shall be submitted by the Radiologist or their authorized representative on the last working day of each calendar month. Al Noor Medical Group LLC shall process payment within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid and approved invoice. No interest shall accrue on timely payments. Any dispute regarding billing under this Purchase Order shall be resolved within fifteen (15) business days of written notice.
5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
5.2 The Radiologist shall maintain valid medical licensure with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health throughout the engagement period. Failure to maintain licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to Al Noor Medical Group LLC.
5.3 The Radiologist shall adhere to all patient confidentiality requirements as stipulated by Qatar's data protection regulations and the QCHP Code of Professional Conduct. All patient imaging data processed at the Qatar Doha facility shall be stored in compliance with national health information security standards.
5.4 Al Noor Medical Group LLC reserves the right to audit the Radiologist's reporting accuracy, turnaround times, and clinical documentation on a quarterly basis. A minimum reporting accuracy rate of 98% is expected, as verified by peer review panels.
5.5 The Radiologist shall not engage in any competing radiology practice within a 10-kilometer radius of the Qatar Doha facility during the term of this Purchase Order and for a period of six (6) months thereafter.
5.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination for cause, the notice period shall be reduced to fourteen (14) days.
Services under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 August 2025 at the Al Noor Medical Group facility, Al Rayyan Road, Doha, Qatar. The Radiologist is expected to report for duty at 07:30 HST (Arab Standard Time) on the first day of engagement. All necessary work permits, residence visas, and medical fitness clearances required for practice in Qatar Doha shall be processed and completed prior to the commencement date at the cost of Al Noor Medical Group LLC.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This Purchase Order is subject to final approval by the Qatar Ministry of Public Health and the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners. The Radiologist must present a valid QCHP registration certificate and a current medical fitness certificate issued by an approved medical center in Doha, Qatar, prior to the commencement of services.
