1. Description of ProcurementThis Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nour Medical Group, Jeddah Branch, for the recruitment and engagement of a qualified Radiologist to provide diagnostic imaging interpretation services at our facility located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The selected Radiologist shall be responsible for the interpretation of all radiological examinations including but not limited to X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, and mammography studies. This Purchase Order governs the terms, conditions, compensation, and professional obligations associated with the Radiologist's engagement for a period of twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual agreement.

The Radiologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Al-Nour Medical Group facility in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:
- Interpret all radiological imaging studies (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine) within established turnaround times as per Saudi Ministry of Health guidelines.
- Provide written and verbal reports to referring physicians, surgeons, and clinical teams in a timely manner.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical case conferences as required by the hospital administration.
- Maintain and update the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) records in compliance with Saudi data protection regulations.
- Ensure all diagnostic interpretations adhere to the Saudi Council of Health Specialties (SCFHS) standards of practice and the Saudi Ministry of Health radiology protocols.
- Supervise and mentor junior radiology residents and radiology technicians as part of the departmental training program.
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings, quality assurance reviews, and accreditation audits conducted by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
- Maintain a valid SCFHS specialist license and ensure all continuing education credits are fulfilled annually.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted in accordance with Saudi commercial and labor legislation.
- The Radiologist must hold a valid SCFHS board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and a current, unrestricted medical license issued by the Saudi Ministry of Health.
- All employment and visa procedures shall be conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations applicable to medical professionals in Jeddah.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, subject to satisfactory service delivery.
- The supplier (Gulf Medical Talent Solutions LLC) warrants that the Radiologist shall not be under any non-compete or restrictive covenant that would prevent the performance of duties in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
- All patient data and medical records accessed by the Radiologist are subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the Saudi Ministry of Health confidentiality regulations. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The engagement is strictly a service procurement arrangement between the two entities.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations outlined in this Purchase Order for the Radiologist services to be delivered in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
