This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Robotics Solutions S.A. to formally request and authorize the procurement of specialized professional services for the role of Robotics Engineer, to be performed at our primary operational facility located in Argentina Buenos Aires. The selected Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of autonomous robotic systems, industrial automation platforms, and advanced mechatronic solutions within our Argentina Buenos Aires manufacturing and research campus.
The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in robotics engineering, with proven expertise in robotic arm programming (KUKA, ABB, FANUC), embedded systems design, computer vision integration, and industrial IoT architectures. The candidate must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory, as all technical documentation, client presentations, and interdepartmental communications within our Argentina Buenos Aires facility are conducted in both languages.
The scope of work for the Robotics Engineer includes but is not limited to: leading the development of next-generation collaborative robots (cobots) for the Argentine automotive and agricultural sectors; overseeing the integration of sensor arrays and AI-driven decision modules into existing robotic platforms; conducting performance validation and safety compliance testing in accordance with Argentine national standards (IRAM) and international ISO 10218 regulations; mentoring junior engineering staff based at our Argentina Buenos Aires headquarters; and representing Andes Robotics Solutions at industry conferences and trade exhibitions held throughout the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andes Robotics Solutions S.A. and TechTalent Global Staffing S.R.L. for the provision of Robotics Engineer professional services at the Argentina Buenos Aires operational site. All terms herein are governed by the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación) and applicable labor regulations of the Province of Buenos Aires.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments of ARS 998,250.00 (inclusive of IVA), due on the 5th business day of each month via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the vendor's designated account. The first payment is due upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Robotics Engineer.
- The Robotics Engineer shall report to the Argentina Buenos Aires facility (Av. Corrientes 2340) on a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime, if required for project deadlines, shall be compensated in accordance with Argentine labor law and the applicable collective bargaining agreement (Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo).
- Vendor shall ensure that the Robotics Engineer maintains all necessary professional certifications, safety training, and continuing education credits throughout the contract period. Any lapse in required credentials shall be remedied within fifteen (15) calendar days at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.
- All intellectual property, designs, code, prototypes, and technical documentation produced by the Robotics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Andes Robotics Solutions S.A. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) compliant with Argentine data protection law (Ley 25.326) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination for cause, the terminating party shall provide a detailed written explanation. Upon termination, the Robotics Engineer shall complete all in-progress deliverables and hand over all project materials to the Argentina Buenos Aires engineering team.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce. The language of arbitration shall be Spanish.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance until July 15, 2025. Failure to sign and return the acceptance copy by this date shall render this document null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Robotics Engineer at the Argentina Buenos Aires facility. This document, once countersigned, serves as the definitive procurement authorization for the services described herein.
