This Purchase Order is issued by Atlântico Industrial Automation S.A. to procure the professional services of a qualified Robotics Engineer to be deployed at our primary manufacturing and R&D facility located in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems, automated assembly lines, and collaborative robot (cobot) workstations within the production environment.
The selected Robotics Engineer must possess a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in industrial robotics, mechatronics, and automated systems engineering. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field, with a preference for candidates who have completed advanced certifications from KUKA, FANUC, ABB, or Universal Robots. Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, and proficiency in English is required, as all technical documentation for this project in Brazil Rio de Janeiro will be maintained in both languages.
The Robotics Engineer will report directly to the Director of Automation Operations and will work full-time (44 hours per week, in accordance with Brazilian labor law CLT) at the facility in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. The engagement period under this Purchase Order is twelve (12) months, commencing on July 15, 2025, with the option to extend for an additional six (6) months subject to mutual agreement and performance evaluation.
2. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLESThe Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following key outputs during the contract term:
- Complete design and programming of three (3) new robotic welding cells for the automotive components division, including end-effector selection, safety interlock integration, and cycle-time optimization.
- Development and deployment of a collaborative robot palletizing system for the packaging line, ensuring compliance with NR-12 (Brazilian regulatory standard for machinery safety) and ISO 10218-1/2.
- Creation of a comprehensive predictive maintenance framework for all existing robotic assets at the Brazil Rio de Janeiro facility, incorporating IoT sensor data and machine learning algorithms.
- Preparation of detailed technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, PLC ladder logic, and robot teach-pending files, to be delivered in both Portuguese and English.
- Conduct of a minimum of four (4) training sessions per quarter for in-house maintenance technicians, covering robot troubleshooting, safety protocols, and basic programming.
- Monthly progress reports submitted to the Project Sponsor, detailing milestones achieved, risks identified, and corrective actions taken.

* All prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are inclusive of applicable ISS (Imposto Sobre Serviços) as per municipal tax regulations in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. ICMS does not apply to service contracts. The supplier shall issue a Nota Fiscal de Serviço (NFS-e) for each monthly invoice.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Atlântico Industrial Automation S.A. and TechTalent Global Solutions Ltda. upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be performed exclusively at the designated facility in Brazil Rio de Janeiro unless otherwise authorized in writing.
- 4.2 The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Brazilian federal, state, and municipal labor laws, including the CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho), as well as all occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
- 4.3 The supplier guarantees that the Robotics Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall not be simultaneously engaged in any competing project within a 50-kilometer radius of the Brazil Rio de Janeiro facility during the contract term.
- 4.4 All intellectual property, designs, code, and documentation produced by the Robotics Engineer in the course of this engagement shall be the sole property of Atlântico Industrial Automation S.A. upon full payment of the Purchase Order value.
- 4.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date, plus a non-refundable mobilization fee of R$ 15,000.00.
- 4.6 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Brazil Rio de Janeiro, in accordance with the rules of the CAM-CCBC (Câmara de Arbitragem do Centro de Comércio Brasil-Canadá), with proceedings conducted in Portuguese.
- 4.7 The Robotics Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of R$ 2,000,000.00 for the duration of the contract, with Atlântico Industrial Automation S.A. named as additional insured.
