This Purchase Order is issued for the procurement of professional engineering services rendered by a qualified Robotics Engineer to be deployed and performing duties at the buyer's operational facility located in France Paris. The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and commissioning of autonomous robotic systems, including but not limited to industrial manipulators, mobile autonomous vehicles, and sensor-integrated robotic platforms. The scope of work encompasses the full project lifecycle from initial system architecture through to final integration and post-deployment support.

The Robotics Engineer must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a closely related engineering discipline, and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in the design and deployment of complex robotic systems. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, as all technical documentation, client presentations, and on-site communications in France Paris shall be conducted in both languages. The Robotics Engineer must be legally authorized to work in France and shall comply with all applicable French labor regulations, including those governed by the Code du Travail.

6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Paris, France.

6.2 The Robotics Engineer shall be engaged on a full-time basis (35 hours per week) in accordance with French statutory working-hour regulations. Overtime, where authorized, shall be compensated in accordance with the applicable French collective agreement (Convention Collective).

6.3 The supplier warrants that the Robotics Engineer shall possess all qualifications, certifications, and professional competencies as described in Section 4 of this Purchase Order. Failure to meet the stated qualifications shall entitle the buyer to terminate this Purchase Order without penalty.

6.4 All intellectual property developed by the Robotics Engineer during the course of this engagement, while performing duties at the France Paris facility, shall be the sole and exclusive property of HexaRobotics Industries SAS.

6.5 The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all health and safety regulations applicable in France, including those set forth by the Direction Régionale de l'Économie, de l'Emploi, du Travail et des Solidarités (DREETS) for the Île-de-France region.

6.6 Invoicing shall be submitted monthly in arrears. Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
