This Purchase Order is issued by Persian Advanced Robotics Industries Co. (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Robotics Engineer for a fixed-term engagement. The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of autonomous robotic systems for industrial manufacturing applications. All professional activities, on-site work, and project deliverables associated with this Purchase Order shall be conducted exclusively within the metropolitan area of Iran Tehran, specifically at the Buyer's principal facility located in the Valiasr District. The Robotics Engineer is expected to maintain a full-time presence at the Iran Tehran facility for a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, with flexibility for extended hours during critical project milestones.
The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities while stationed in Iran Tehran:
(a) Design and architectural planning of multi-axis robotic arms and collaborative robot (cobot) systems for automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturing lines;
(b) Development of control algorithms, sensor fusion systems, and real-time motion planning software;
(c) Integration of machine learning modules for adaptive robotic behavior and quality inspection;
(d) Supervision of on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of robotic workstations at the Iran Tehran production floor;
(e) Preparation of technical documentation, safety compliance reports, and maintenance schedules in accordance with Iranian national standards (ISIRI) and applicable international robotics engineering standards;
(f) Collaboration with the Buyer's internal engineering teams, quality assurance departments, and external regulatory bodies operating within Iran Tehran; and
(g) Provision of technical training to the Buyer's operational staff on the safe and efficient use of deployed robotic systems.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the Robotics Engineer within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Location of Performance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Buyer's facility in Iran Tehran unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Robotics Engineer acknowledges and agrees that the primary and exclusive work location is Iran Tehran.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, code, prototypes, and technical documentation created by the Robotics Engineer in the course of this engagement shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Robotics Engineer hereby assigns all intellectual property rights arising from work performed under this Purchase Order.
- Confidentiality: The Robotics Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and project data encountered during the engagement in Iran Tehran. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Robotics Engineer shall deliver all completed and in-progress work products to the Buyer at the Iran Tehran facility.
- Compliance: The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including labor standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and export control provisions relevant to robotics technology in Iran Tehran.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Iran Tehran.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting the Iran Tehran region.
