This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Industrial Automation Group LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Steppe Robotics Solutions JSC (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor") for the procurement of specialized professional services. The subject of this Purchase Order is the engagement of a qualified Robotics Engineer to provide design, development, integration, and maintenance services for industrial robotic systems at the Buyer's manufacturing facility located in Kazakhstan Almaty.
The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the full lifecycle management of robotic automation systems, including but not limited to: system architecture design, mechanical and electrical integration, programming and commissioning of robotic arms and automated guided vehicles (AGVs), predictive maintenance scheduling, and technical training of the Buyer's in-house operations staff. All work under this Purchase Order shall be performed on-site at the Buyer's premises in Kazakhstan Almaty unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

- Scope of Work: The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall adhere to the technical specifications outlined in Annex A (attached separately). All deliverables must comply with Kazakhstan national standards (GOST) and applicable international ISO standards for industrial robotics (ISO 10218, ISO 13482).
- Work Location: Primary work shall be conducted at the Buyer's facility at 45 Abai Avenue, Kazakhstan Almaty. The Robotics Engineer is expected to be physically present in Kazakhstan Almaty for a minimum of 5 days per week during the dedicated engagement periods specified in Line Items 01 and 02.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 33% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 33% upon completion of Line Items 01 and 02, and 34% upon final acceptance of all deliverables including the 12-month support period. All payments shall be made in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the Vendor's account as specified in Section 1.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, code, documentation, and proprietary methods developed by the Robotics Engineer specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Almaty Industrial Automation Group LLP upon full payment.
- Confidentiality: The Robotics Engineer and the Vendor shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Buyer's manufacturing processes, trade secrets, and operational data encountered during work in Kazakhstan Almaty. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is referenced as Annex B.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date at the rates specified herein.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kazakhstan Almaty in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Center of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The Vendor acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to perform the services described herein in full compliance with all stated terms. The Robotics Engineer's engagement is contingent upon successful background verification and compliance with Kazakhstan labor and immigration regulations for the duration of the assignment in Kazakhstan Almaty.
