The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems, automated production lines, and advanced mechatronic assemblies at the buyer’s primary manufacturing facility located in Kuwait, Kuwait City.

The Robotics Engineer shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field, with no fewer than seven (7) years of progressive professional experience in industrial robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial IoT integration, and collaborative robot (cobot) deployment. The Robotics Engineer must demonstrate proven expertise in programming and commissioning robotic platforms from major manufacturers including ABB, FANUC, KUKA, and Yaskawa, as well as proficiency in simulation software such as RobotStudio, ROBOGUIDE, and Siemens NX MCD.

All professional services rendered by the Robotics Engineer shall be performed exclusively at the buyer’s premises in Kuwait, Kuwait City, in full compliance with the labor laws of the Kingdom of Kuwait, the regulations of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), and all applicable municipal and industrial safety codes governing the Kuwait, Kuwait City industrial district.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be rendered in Kuwait, Kuwait City, and governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Kuwait.
2. The Seller warrants that the Robotics Engineer procured under this Purchase Order shall meet all qualification criteria specified in Section 4 and shall be fully authorized to work in Kuwait, Kuwait City, holding a valid work permit and residency visa issued by the Public Authority for Manpower.
3. Payment shall be processed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the Seller’s designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
4. The Robotics Engineer shall be subject to the Buyer’s internal health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies applicable to all personnel operating within the Kuwait, Kuwait City industrial facility. Failure to comply with safety protocols may result in immediate termination of the engagement.
5. The Seller shall provide a replacement Robotics Engineer of equivalent or superior qualifications within fifteen (15) business days should the originally assigned engineer become unavailable for any reason, at no additional cost to the Buyer.
6. All intellectual property, designs, code, and documentation produced by the Robotics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Buyer. The Robotics Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure and intellectual property assignment agreement prior to commencing work in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
7. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the Required Delivery / Start Date. Renewal shall be subject to mutual written agreement and a new Purchase Order issuance.
8. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait, Kuwait City, in accordance with the Kuwaiti Arbitration Law, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
9. The Seller shall indemnify and hold harmless the Buyer against any claims, liabilities, or penalties arising from the Seller’s failure to comply with Kuwaiti labor, immigration, or tax regulations pertaining to the Robotics Engineer’s employment in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
