This Purchase Order is issued by Advanced Automation & Robotics Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser") to Precision Talent Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Vendor") for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing provision of a qualified Robotics Engineer to support the Purchaser's operational and research activities based in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems, collaborative robot (cobot) integration, and automated manufacturing processes within the Purchaser's facility located at Lot 12, Persiaran Kewajipan, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, within the greater Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan region.
The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Design and program industrial robotic arms (6-axis and SCARA) for assembly, welding, painting, and material handling applications in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement control systems using PLCs, HMI interfaces, and real-time operating systems for robotic workcells.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and safety compliance audits in accordance with Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and relevant standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and production managers to optimize robotic process efficiency.
- Provide technical documentation, as-built drawings, and operational manuals for all robotic systems deployed.
- Train factory floor operators and maintenance technicians on the safe operation and basic troubleshooting of robotic equipment.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to recommend continuous improvement measures for robotic systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in robotics, AI-driven automation, and Industry 4.0 standards applicable to the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur industrial sector.
The Robotics Engineer placed under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial robotics, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead Robotics Engineer capacity.
- Proficiency in robotic programming languages including RAPID (ABB), KRL (KUKA), and structured text (IEC 61131-3).
- Demonstrated experience with FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa robotic platforms.
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (RobotStudio, RoboDK).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is considered an advantage for operations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Valid work permit or Malaysian citizenship; the Vendor shall ensure all immigration and employment compliance requirements are met prior to commencement.

All amounts are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The Vendor shall issue a monthly invoice by the 5th business day of each month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Vendor's designated account within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Purchase Order terms.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Malaysia and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Contracts Act 1950 of Malaysia.
- The Robotics Engineer shall be subject to the Purchaser's site safety policies, code of conduct, and operational procedures while working at the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur facility.
- All intellectual property, designs, code, and documentation created by the Robotics Engineer during the engagement shall be the sole property of the Purchaser.
- The Vendor guarantees a minimum 90-day replacement period should the Robotics Engineer resign, be terminated for cause, or become unable to perform duties. The replacement Robotics Engineer must meet the same qualification criteria specified in Section 3 of this Purchase Order.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Purchaser shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- The Vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of MYR 2,000,000 and workers' compensation insurance for the Robotics Engineer throughout the contract period.
- Confidentiality obligations as outlined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed on 10 June 2025 shall remain in force for 3 years beyond the termination of this Purchase Order.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur before resorting to litigation in the competent courts of Malaysia.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The Vendor acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and confirms its ability to source and place a qualified Robotics Engineer who meets all specified requirements for deployment in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur within the stipulated commencement date.
