This Purchase Order is issued by Andina Robotics Solutions S.A.C., headquartered in Peru Lima, to formally authorize the procurement of specialized professional services for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of a qualified Robotics Engineer. The selected Robotics Engineer will be deployed to our primary manufacturing and R&D facility located in the industrial district of Callao, adjacent to our main operations center in Peru Lima. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations associated with the engagement of the Robotics Engineer for a period of twelve (12) months, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of automated robotic systems used in our production lines. The scope of work for the Robotics Engineer includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
- Design and programming of industrial robotic arms (6-axis and SCARA) for assembly, welding, and packaging operations at the Peru Lima facility.
- Integration of robotic systems with existing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) networks and SCADA monitoring infrastructure.
- Development of custom end-effectors and tooling for specialized manufacturing tasks.
- Conducting performance optimization, predictive maintenance scheduling, and troubleshooting of all robotic equipment.
- Collaboration with the internal engineering team in Peru Lima to implement Industry 4.0 automation upgrades.
- Preparation of technical documentation, safety compliance reports, and training materials for plant operators.
- Supervision of vendor-supplied robotic hardware installation and commissioning.

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) via bank transfer to the account designated by TechTalent Global Consulting S.R.L. Payment schedule for the Robotics Engineer engagement is structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (PEN 89,455.80) due within ten (10) business days of Purchase Order acceptance, to be applied toward the Robotics Engineer's initial compensation and onboarding costs.
- Monthly installments of PEN 18,500.00 (plus applicable IGV) for the Robotics Engineer's professional services, payable on the 5th business day of each month for the duration of the engagement.
- One-time payments for training, relocation, and insurance items (Items 02, 03, 05, and 06) shall be invoiced and settled within fifteen (15) business days of service delivery or policy issuance.
- Final settlement of any remaining balance, including quarterly review fees, shall be completed within thirty (30) days of the Robotics Engineer's contract expiration or early termination.
- Compliance with Peruvian Labor Law: The Robotics Engineer shall be engaged in full compliance with the Peruvian Labor Code (Decreto Legislativo 728) and all applicable regulations enforced by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion in Peru Lima. The vendor is responsible for ensuring all statutory contributions (EsSalud, AFP, CTS) are properly remitted.
- Confidentiality and IP: The Robotics Engineer shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement prior to commencing work. All designs, code, and technical documentation produced during the engagement in Peru Lima shall be the exclusive property of Andina Robotics Solutions S.A.C.
- Work Location: The Robotics Engineer shall report to the Andina Robotics Solutions facility at Av. Javier Prado Este 1250, San Isidro, Peru Lima, Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a one-hour lunch break. Occasional on-site visits to the Callao industrial plant may be required.
- Performance Standards: The Robotics Engineer shall meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA), including system uptime targets of 97% or higher, mean time to repair (MTTR) below 4 hours, and zero critical safety incidents.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Robotics Engineer's final compensation shall be prorated through the last day of active service.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Peru Lima.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the Robotics Engineer engagement in Peru Lima. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
