This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Industrial Solutions W.L.L. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to TechBridge Global Talent FZ-LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing professional services of a qualified Robotics Engineer to be stationed and performing duties at the Buyer's primary manufacturing facility located in Qatar Doha, specifically at the Al Rayyan Industrial Zone, Doha, State of Qatar.

The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the design, development, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems, automated production lines, and collaborative robot (cobot) installations within the Buyer's operations in Qatar Doha. The scope of work encompasses all technical activities required to ensure the seamless integration of robotic automation into the Buyer's existing manufacturing processes.

The Robotics Engineer contracted under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Buyer's facility in Qatar Doha:

3.1 Commencement and Duration: The services under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 August 2025 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months, unless extended by mutual written agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier. The Robotics Engineer shall report to the Buyer's site in Qatar Doha no later than 5 August 2025.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier. The initial recruitment and deployment fee (Item 1) shall be payable within fifteen (15) days of the Robotics Engineer's confirmed arrival in Qatar Doha. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

3.3 Qualifications: The Robotics Engineer deployed under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics, with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in industrial robotics, PLC programming, and automated systems. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., FRAA, KUKA, ABB) is strongly preferred. The candidate must be proficient in English and Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for operations in Qatar Doha.

3.4 Compliance: The Supplier shall ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including but not limited to the Qatar Labour Law, the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority regulations for travel, and all municipal and industrial safety standards applicable to the Qatar Doha industrial zone. The Robotics Engineer shall be subject to a comprehensive background check and medical examination prior to commencing work in Qatar Doha.

3.5 Intellectual Property: All designs, programs, documentation, and technical deliverables produced by the Robotics Engineer in the course of performing services under this Purchase Order at the Buyer's Qatar Doha facility shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Supplier warrants that no third-party intellectual property rights shall be infringed.

3.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order by providing sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. The Supplier shall facilitate the orderly transition of the Robotics Engineer's responsibilities and ensure the return of all Buyer property.

3.7 Confidentiality: The Supplier and the Robotics Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and operational data of the Buyer encountered during the performance of this Purchase Order in Qatar Doha. This obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement for a period of three (3) years.

3.8 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Robotics Engineer at the Buyer's facility in Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
