This Purchase Order is issued by Siam Advanced Automation Co., Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Robotics Engineer to be stationed and performing duties within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area. The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems deployed across our manufacturing facilities located in the Bangkok Industrial Estate and the EEC-adjacent zones of the greater Bangkok region.

The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must possess a minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics, including but not limited to the programming and commissioning of KUKA, FANUC, ABB, and Yaskawa robotic platforms. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline, and must be proficient in ROS (Robot Operating System), PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley), and CAD/CAM software packages.

All work performed by the Robotics Engineer under this Purchase Order shall be conducted primarily at the Siam Advanced Automation headquarters and satellite workshops in Thailand Bangkok, with occasional travel to client sites within a 150-kilometer radius of central Bangkok as required by project scope.

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Siam Advanced Automation Co., Ltd. and Global Robotics Talent Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd. upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be rendered in full compliance with the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998) and applicable regulations of the Ministry of Labour, Kingdom of Thailand.

4.2 The Robotics Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a valid work permit and non-immigrant B visa for Thailand. The Supplier shall be solely responsible for obtaining, renewing, and maintaining all necessary immigration and work authorization documents for the Robotics Engineer throughout the contract period in Thailand Bangkok.

4.3 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Thai Baht (THB) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code.

4.4 The Robotics Engineer shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols established by Siam Advanced Automation Co., Ltd. at its Thailand Bangkok facilities. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in immediate suspension of services and termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.

4.5 All intellectual property, designs, code, and documentation produced by the Robotics Engineer in the course of performing duties under this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of Siam Advanced Automation Co., Ltd. The Robotics Engineer shall execute a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Thailand Bangkok.

4.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, less any applicable deductions.

4.7 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.

The Robotics Engineer shall report for duty at the Siam Advanced Automation Co., Ltd. headquarters in Thailand Bangkok no later than 1 August 2025. A structured onboarding period of fourteen (14) calendar days shall precede the commencement of billable project work. The Supplier shall provide a written confirmation of the Robotics Engineer's availability and readiness at least ten (10) business days prior to the commencement date.
