The Sales Executive procured under this Purchase Order shall be stationed at the Buyer's headquarters in China Beijing and shall perform the following duties:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting industrial and commercial clients across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region.
- Manage a portfolio of no fewer than 50 active client accounts, ensuring quarterly revenue targets of CNY 3,200,000 are met or exceeded.
- Represent the Buyer at industry trade exhibitions, including but not limited to the China International Fair for Trade Promotion (Canton Fair) and the Beijing International Industry Exhibition.
- Coordinate with the China Beijing operations team, logistics division, and international headquarters to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, pipeline analyses, and competitive intelligence briefings for the Regional Director.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable Chinese commercial laws, anti-bribery regulations, and data protection statutes governing sales activities in China Beijing.
The Supplier shall deliver the fully onboarded Sales Executive to the Buyer's China Beijing office no later than 1 August 2025. The Sales Executive shall commence active duties on the first business day following the completion of all onboarding procedures. Any delay beyond the agreed delivery date shall incur a penalty of CNY 2,000 per calendar day, deducted from the final invoice under this Purchase Order.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% Advance Payment (CNY 28,302.00): Due within 10 business days of the Buyer's written acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- 50% Milestone Payment (CNY 47,170.00): Due upon successful placement and first-day commencement of the Sales Executive in China Beijing.
- 20% Final Payment (CNY 18,868.00): Due upon successful completion of the 90-day performance guarantee period, subject to the Sales Executive meeting all agreed KPIs.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in China Beijing. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold the final payment if the Sales Executive fails to meet the performance benchmarks specified in Annex A of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with specific reference to the labor and commercial regulations applicable in China Beijing.
- The Sales Executive shall be employed under a standard labor contract compliant with the Labor Contract Law of the PRC. The Supplier is responsible for ensuring all statutory social insurance contributions (pension, medical, unemployment, work injury, and maternity) are registered in China Beijing.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the identity of the Sales Executive, and all proprietary business information exchanged during the procurement process.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for binding arbitration in China Beijing.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting China Beijing operations.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination after the Sales Executive has commenced duties, the Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Intellectual Property: All sales methodologies, client databases, and training materials developed specifically for the Buyer's China Beijing operations under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of the Sales Executive role in China Beijing. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
