This Purchase Order is issued by Abuja Commercial Enterprises Ltd. to Capital Talent Solutions Nigeria Ltd. for the recruitment, onboarding, and full professional engagement of a qualified Sales Executive to operate out of our principal office located in Nigeria Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. The Sales Executive shall be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships across the FCT and surrounding states, and executing the company's strategic sales targets for the 2025 fiscal year. All services and deliverables under this Purchase Order must comply with the Labour Act of Nigeria, the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) guidelines, and all applicable regulations governing employment in Nigeria Abuja.

1. Scope of Engagement: The Sales Executive engaged under this Purchase Order shall report directly to the Director of Sales and shall be physically stationed at the company's head office in Nigeria Abuja, Wuse II. The Sales Executive is expected to work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with additional availability for client meetings and trade events as required by the business calendar.
2. Performance Metrics: The Sales Executive shall be evaluated quarterly against key performance indicators including revenue targets, new client acquisition numbers, customer retention rates, and pipeline growth. Failure to meet 75% of the agreed targets for two consecutive quarters may result in termination of the engagement as stipulated in this Purchase Order.
3. Payment Schedule: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon successful recruitment and signing of the Sales Executive's employment contract, 35% upon completion of onboarding and workstation delivery in Nigeria Abuja, and 25% upon the Sales Executive's first full quarter of satisfactory performance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account.
4. Compliance and Legal: All parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Sales Executive's employment shall be subject to the Nigerian Labour Act, the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020, and all applicable Federal Capital Territory regulations. The vendor warrants that the Sales Executive shall hold a valid National Identity Number (NIN) and Tax Identification Number (TIN) as required for employment in Nigeria Abuja.
5. Confidentiality: The Sales Executive shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement covering all client data, pricing structures, trade secrets, and proprietary business information of Abuja Commercial Enterprises Ltd. This obligation shall survive the termination of the engagement for a period of no less than two years.
6. Cancellation and Penalties: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of cancellation by the buyer after the Sales Executive has been recruited and onboarded, the vendor shall be entitled to 50% of the total Purchase Order value as a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation by the vendor, the vendor shall refund all monies received within fourteen (14) business days.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Nigeria Abuja. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, with the seat of arbitration in Abuja, FCT.
