This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Trading & Commercial Services Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Entity") to formally request and authorize the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of a qualified Sales Executive to operate within the commercial and industrial zones of Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Sales Executive shall be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and executing the company's strategic sales objectives across the western region of the Kingdom, with a primary operational base in Jeddah.
The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full lifecycle of the Sales Executive engagement, including but not limited to: candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, visa and Iqama processing, labor contract registration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) of Saudi Arabia, medical examination, biometric enrollment, and final onboarding. All regulatory compliance requirements specific to the employment of a Sales Executive in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall be fulfilled by the Vendor in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51) and the regulations of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA/MISA).

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
4.2 The Vendor shall ensure that the Sales Executive candidate meets all minimum qualifications stipulated by the Purchasing Entity, including a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, fluency in English and Arabic, and a valid driving license acceptable for use in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
4.3 The Vendor guarantees a replacement period of ninety (90) days. Should the Sales Executive resign, be terminated for cause, or fail to meet performance benchmarks within the first ninety (90) days of employment, the Vendor shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost to the Purchasing Entity.
4.4 All visa, Iqama, and labor contract documents for the Sales Executive shall be processed in strict compliance with the HRSD regulations and the Nitaqat (Saudization) program requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
4.5 The Sales Executive shall be bound by a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the termination of employment, as per Saudi labor law provisions.
4.6 Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon issuance of this Purchase Order and confirmation of the candidate, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Sales Executive in Jeddah.
4.7 The Vendor shall submit all supporting invoices, visa approval letters, and labor contract copies to the Purchasing Entity's procurement department within five (5) business days of each milestone completion.
Phase 1 – Candidate Sourcing & Screening: 14 June 2025 – 28 June 2025
Phase 2 – Visa & Iqama Processing (Jeddah): 29 June 2025 – 15 July 2025
Phase 3 – Arrival & Onboarding in Saudi Arabia Jeddah: 16 July 2025 – 31 July 2025
Phase 4 – Full Operational Commencement: 01 August 2025
Important Note: This Purchase Order is specific to the engagement of a Sales Executive for operations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Purchasing Entity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the Procurement Department, Al-Nakheel Trading & Commercial Services Co.
