The purpose of this Purchase Order is to engage the services of TalentBridge Iberia Recruitment Group to identify, screen, interview, and deliver a fully vetted Sales Executive candidate who will be integrated into our Barcelona-based sales division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives across the Catalonia market and the broader Spain Barcelona commercial corridor.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon countersignature. All services described herein shall be performed in the Spain Barcelona area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Sales Executive candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) years of proven B2B sales experience, fluency in both Spanish and English, and a valid work permit or EU residency status permitting employment in Spain Barcelona.
- The Supplier shall deliver the final Sales Executive candidate, together with all supporting documentation, no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Failure to meet this deadline shall entitle the Buyer to a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per week of delay, capped at 10%.
- All personal data processed during the recruitment of the Sales Executive shall comply with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The Supplier shall act as a data processor on behalf of the Buyer.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Barcelona, Spain, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number.
- The Supplier warrants that the Sales Executive candidate has not been subject to any disciplinary or legal proceedings that would disqualify them from holding a commercial sales role in Spain Barcelona.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with the Spanish Civil Code and applicable commercial legislation.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be valid.
- The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000 EUR throughout the duration of the engagement described in this Purchase Order.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged under this Purchase Order, including candidate data and commercial terms, as strictly confidential for a period of three (3) years following the completion of the engagement.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order for the procurement of a Sales Executive in the Spain Barcelona region has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in full.
