TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Accra Metropolitan Schools Authority and Professional Educational Counseling Services Ltd. for the provision of a qualified School Counselor and associated student welfare services within the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
- The School Counselor engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field from a recognized institution in Ghana or an internationally accredited university, and must be registered with the Ghana Psychological Association.
- All services shall be rendered in accordance with the standards set forth by the Ghana Education Service (GES) and the Ministry of Education's guidelines on student welfare and guidance services in public and private schools in Accra.
- The vendor shall ensure that the School Counselor maintains strict confidentiality of all student records and personal information in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
- Payment shall be processed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at a licensed commercial bank in Accra, Ghana, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
- The vendor is required to submit a detailed monthly activity report to the Director of Human Resources at the Accra Metropolitan Schools Authority by the 5th business day of each subsequent month.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with a written notice of sixty (60) days, provided that the School Counselor's transition plan for ongoing student cases is fully documented and handed over to the Authority.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
- The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of GHS 500,000.00 for the duration of this Purchase Order, with certificates provided upon request.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the annual budget approval of the Accra Metropolitan Schools Authority Board and is contingent upon the continued allocation of funds under the FY2025/2026 educational budget for the Greater Accra Region.
