This Purchase Order is issued by the Bangkok International Academic Consortium (BIAC) to procure the professional services of a qualified School Counselor to be stationed at the primary campus in Thailand Bangkok. The School Counselor shall provide comprehensive psychological, academic, and social-emotional support services to students aged 6 through 18 across all grade levels. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of a licensed School Counselor who meets the regulatory standards set forth by the Ministry of Education of Thailand and the Thai Association of School Counselling and Guidance.

The School Counselor engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Bangkok campus:

• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students experiencing academic, emotional, behavioural, or social difficulties within the Thailand Bangkok educational environment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Student Wellness Programme aligned with the Thai Ministry of Education's guidelines on student mental health and well-being.
• Coordinate with parents, guardians, and external mental health professionals in the Bangkok metropolitan area to ensure continuity of care for students requiring specialised intervention.
• Administer and interpret psychometric assessments, career guidance instruments, and social-emotional learning evaluations for all student cohorts.
• Deliver preventive workshops on topics including bullying prevention, digital well-being, stress management, and conflict resolution, tailored to the multicultural student body in Thailand Bangkok.
• Maintain confidential student records in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019).
• Participate in school-wide crisis response planning and emergency protocols specific to the Bangkok campus location.
• Submit monthly progress reports to the Director of Student Affairs detailing caseload statistics, programme outcomes, and recommendations for the following academic term.

The School Counselor must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. The candidate must possess a valid professional licence issued by the Thai Council of Professional Counselors and a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in a K-12 school setting. Fluency in both Thai and English is mandatory, given the bilingual nature of the Bangkok campus. Prior experience working within the Thailand Bangkok public or private school system is strongly preferred.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
2. The School Counselor services shall commence on 1 September 2025 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination clause.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Bangkok Educational Talent Solutions Co., Ltd. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's services.
4. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all services rendered up to the effective date of termination shall be invoiced and paid in full.
5. The School Counselor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 5,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
6. All student data and confidential records generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the property of BIAC and shall be handled in strict accordance with Thailand's PDPA regulations.
7. This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment relationship. The School Counselor is engaged as an independent professional service provider through Bangkok Educational Talent Solutions Co., Ltd.
