The Social Worker engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the service boundaries of Turkey Istanbul:

• Conduct individual and family assessments for vulnerable groups including elderly residents, single mothers, children at risk, and individuals with disabilities in the Fatih and Zeytinburnu districts.
• Develop and implement personalized case management plans in coordination with local municipalities, health centers, and educational institutions across Turkey Istanbul.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including emergency shelter coordination and psychological first aid, for individuals experiencing domestic violence, homelessness, or acute social distress.
• Maintain detailed case records and submit monthly progress reports to the Istanbul Metropolitan Social Services Directorate in accordance with Turkish data protection regulations (KVKK).
• Collaborate with non-governmental organizations operating in Turkey Istanbul to ensure continuity of care and resource sharing for beneficiaries.
• Participate in inter-agency meetings and policy review sessions organized by the Directorate to improve social service delivery in the Istanbul region.

• Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier.
• The initial one-time payments for Items 02 and 04 shall be settled within fifteen (15) days of contract commencement.
• All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Turkey Istanbul. No cash payments are permitted under this Purchase Order.
• A retention of five percent (5%) shall be withheld from each monthly payment and released upon successful completion of the full contract term and final performance audit.
• Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).

The Social Worker assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Turkish Ministry of Family and Social Services, possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in community-based social work, and demonstrate fluency in Turkish. The Supplier shall provide proof of professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 500,000 for the duration of the contract. All personnel deployed in Turkey Istanbul must comply with local labor regulations and obtain any necessary work permits as required by Turkish immigration and labor authorities.

Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of material breach, non-performance, or failure to meet the service standards outlined herein, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, the Supplier shall be compensated only for services rendered up to the date of termination, less applicable retention amounts.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
