This Purchase Order is issued by Chirunzo Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd to formally authorize the engagement of a qualified Software Engineer through the services of TechBridge Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to procure professional Software Engineer services to be rendered on-site and remotely within Zimbabwe Harare, specifically at our primary development office located in the Harare Central Business District. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and financial obligations associated with the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employment of the Software Engineer for a contract period of twelve (12) months, commencing 1 July 2025.

The Software Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities while operating out of Zimbabwe Harare:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using modern programming languages including Java, Python, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams based in Zimbabwe Harare to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions for financial services clients.
• Conduct code reviews, write comprehensive technical documentation, and ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards.
• Participate in agile development sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions held at the Harare office facility.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the internal knowledge base of the Software Engineer team.
• Ensure all software deliverables comply with the Zimbabwe National Information Technology Authority (ZICTA) regulations and data protection requirements applicable in Zimbabwe Harare.

1. This Purchase Order is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Chirunzo Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and the applicable laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, including the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01] and the Electronic and Postal Communications Act [Chapter 12:03].
2. The Software Engineer shall be physically present at the Zimbabwe Harare office (14 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare Central) for a minimum of four (4) days per week, with one (1) day permitted for remote work from any location within Zimbabwe.
3. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor's designated bank account in Harare, Zimbabwe, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. All payments are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) as per the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) foreign exchange regulations.
4. The vendor, TechBridge Consulting (Pvt) Ltd, warrants that the Software Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order possesses a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in full-stack software development and holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized institution in Zimbabwe or internationally.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all work-in-progress deliverables by the Software Engineer shall be handed over to Chirunzo Technology Solutions within seven (7) business days.
6. All intellectual property created by the Software Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order, while working on Chirunzo projects in Zimbabwe Harare, shall be the sole property of Chirunzo Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
7. The vendor shall ensure full compliance with all Zimbabwean employment, tax (ZIMRA), and social security (NSSA) obligations pertaining to the Software Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order.
8. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].

The Software Engineer shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the Zimbabwe Harare office premises. The vendor is required to confirm in writing, via email to [email protected], the identity and credentials of the Software Engineer candidate no later than 20 June 2025. Failure to confirm by this date shall render this Purchase Order null and void at the sole discretion of Chirunzo Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
