This Purchase Order is issued by the Dhaka Inclusive Education Foundation for the recruitment and engagement of a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide dedicated instructional and therapeutic support services at the DIEF Inclusive Learning Centre located in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Special Education Teacher shall be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, hearing impairments, visual impairments, and specific learning difficulties.

The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the DIEF Inclusive Learning Centre in Bangladesh Dhaka:

• Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a minimum of 25 enrolled students with special needs.
• Conduct structured classroom sessions, one-on-one therapy, and small-group interventions five days per week (Saturday through Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
• Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, psychologists, and speech therapists to ensure holistic student development.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and quarterly assessment summaries for submission to the DIEF Board of Directors in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• Participate in at least two professional development workshops per quarter organized by the Bangladesh Council for Special Education (BCSE).
• Ensure compliance with the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2013, and all relevant regulations of the Bangladesh Ministry of Education.

1. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
2. The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid Master's degree in Special Education or a related field from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, along with a minimum of five (5) years of documented teaching experience in inclusive or special education settings.
3. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from Prothom Special Education Services Ltd. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2.
4. The supplier shall provide a replacement Special Education Teacher of equivalent or superior qualifications within fourteen (14) days should the initially assigned teacher become unavailable for any reason.
5. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the DIEF facility in Bangladesh Dhaka unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
6. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh Dhaka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001.
7. The supplier warrants that the Special Education Teacher shall not be engaged in any competing educational institution in Bangladesh Dhaka during the term of this Purchase Order.
8. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. All intellectual property, curriculum materials, and student records developed by the Special Education Teacher during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Dhaka Inclusive Education Foundation.
