This Purchase Order is issued by the Ministry of Education, Special Education Directorate, to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Special Education Teacher for deployment at the Al-Rawda Integrated Special Needs School located in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The Special Education Teacher shall be responsible for designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), conducting classroom instruction using evidence-based pedagogical methodologies, collaborating with general education staff and parents, and maintaining comprehensive student progress records. The role requires a minimum of a Master's degree in Special Education or a closely related field, a valid teaching license recognized by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education, and a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in special education settings within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

5.1 Commencement and Duration: The services of the Special Education Teacher shall commence on 1 September 2025 and shall continue through 30 June 2026, subject to satisfactory performance evaluations conducted by the Special Education Directorate in Kuwait, Kuwait City. This Purchase Order may be extended by mutual written agreement for an additional academic year.
5.2 Payment Terms: Payment for the services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from Al-Nour Educational Consulting FZE. All payments shall be processed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Seller. The first payment shall be due no later than 30 September 2025.
5.3 Compliance and Licensing: The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid work permit and residency visa (Iqama) issued by the State of Kuwait. All professional qualifications must be attested by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education and the relevant foreign credential evaluation body. Failure to maintain valid licensing shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
5.4 Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Special Education Teacher shall adhere to all Kuwaiti data protection regulations and the Ministry of Education's student privacy policies. All student records, IEP documents, and assessment data generated during the tenure in Kuwait, Kuwait City, shall remain the exclusive property of the Ministry of Education and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization.
5.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Seller shall ensure a smooth transition plan for the Special Education Teacher's responsibilities, including the handover of all student files, curriculum materials, and ongoing IEP documentation to the receiving institution in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
5.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kuwait, Kuwait City.
This Purchase Order is hereby issued and authorized by the undersigned on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Special Education Directorate, Kuwait, Kuwait City. The Seller acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and confirms its acceptance of all terms, conditions, and obligations related to the engagement of the Special Education Teacher as described herein.
