This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Special Education Academy, Doha, Qatar, to procure the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional services of a qualified Special Education Teacher for the 2025/2026 academic year. The Special Education Teacher shall be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, specific learning difficulties, and sensory impairments. The role is to be performed on-site at the Academy's primary campus located in the Al Sadd district, Doha, State of Qatar.

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Commercial Law. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
4.2 The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid teaching license recognized by the Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) and must possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in special education settings. All qualifications shall be verified prior to commencement of duties.
4.3 The vendor shall ensure that the Special Education Teacher complies with all Qatar Doha labor regulations, including the Qatar Labor Law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended), and that all necessary work permits and residence visas are processed within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order.
4.4 Payment terms: 25% advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order; 50% upon confirmed arrival and commencement of duties by the Special Education Teacher in Doha; 25% upon successful completion of the probationary period (three months). All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated QNB account in Qatar Doha.
4.5 The Special Education Teacher shall be subject to a background check, medical examination at an approved Qatar Doha medical facility, and a reference verification process prior to onboarding. The vendor bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all submitted documentation.
4.6 In the event of non-performance, the vendor shall provide a qualified replacement Special Education Teacher within thirty (30) days at no additional cost to the Academy, as outlined in Line Item 6.
4.7 This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
The Special Education Teacher is expected to report for duty at the Al Noor Special Education Academy campus in Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar, no later than 1 September 2025, in preparation for the 2025/2026 academic year. The vendor shall coordinate all travel, visa, and relocation logistics to ensure timely arrival in Qatar Doha.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the internal procurement policy of Al Noor Special Education Academy and the Qatar Doha government regulations governing the employment of expatriate educators in the private special education sector.
