3. Scope of Services – Speech Therapist Engagement

This Purchase Order formally authorizes the engagement of a qualified Speech Therapist to deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to patients and clients of the Alexandria Coastal Rehabilitation & Development Center. The Speech Therapist shall operate within the Egypt Alexandria metropolitan area, specifically at the center's primary facility in Smouha and the satellite clinic in Mansheya. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

  • Assessment and diagnosis of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in pediatric and adult populations residing in Egypt Alexandria.
  • Development and implementation of individualized Speech Therapist treatment plans for conditions including articulation delays, aphasia, dysphagia, and developmental language disorders.
  • Provision of a minimum of 120 clinical therapy sessions per month, each session lasting 45 minutes, conducted at the designated Egypt Alexandria facility.
  • Weekly multidisciplinary case conferences with the center's neurology, audiology, and pediatric departments to coordinate patient care within the Egypt Alexandria healthcare network.
  • Preparation of monthly progress reports and quarterly outcome summaries for the center's medical board and for regulatory compliance with Egyptian Ministry of Health standards.
  • Supervision and mentorship of two junior Speech Therapist assistants employed by the center, ensuring adherence to evidence-based clinical protocols.
  • Participation in community outreach programs targeting underserved neighborhoods in Egypt Alexandria, including at least two public screening events per quarter.

5. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Speech Therapist for the duration of twelve (12) months commencing 1 July 2025 and concluding 30 June 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 5.7.
  2. All services shall be rendered at the Buyer's facilities located in Egypt Alexandria. The Speech Therapist is responsible for travel between the Smouha and Mansheya sites within the Egypt Alexandria city limits.
  3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Speech Therapist's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.
  4. The Speech Therapist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 2,000,000, valid throughout the contract period, and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
  5. Confidentiality of all patient records and clinical data is mandatory. The Speech Therapist shall comply with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the center's internal data governance policies.
  6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination for cause, the terminating party must provide a detailed written explanation and an opportunity for cure within fifteen (15) days.
  7. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt Alexandria.
  8. The Speech Therapist shall not subcontract any portion of the clinical services described herein without prior written consent from the Buyer's Director of Clinical Services.
6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order for Speech Therapist services in Egypt Alexandria has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. The terms outlined herein supersede all prior negotiations, correspondence, or informal agreements between the parties regarding the engagement of the Speech Therapist.
