This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nile Medical & Rehabilitation Center to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional Speech Therapist services to be delivered at our facility located in Egypt Cairo. The contracted Speech Therapist shall provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. All clinical services under this Purchase Order must be conducted in accordance with the standards set by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and the Egyptian Society of Speech-Language Pathology.

The contracted Speech Therapist shall be a licensed professional registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and holding a minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience in speech-language pathology. The Speech Therapist is required to be physically present at the Al-Nile Medical & Rehabilitation Center premises in Egypt Cairo for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, from 09:00 to 17:00, with the option of extended evening hours by mutual agreement. The Speech Therapist shall maintain detailed clinical records for every patient, submit weekly progress summaries to the supervising physician, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings held every Thursday at 14:00 in the Egypt Cairo facility.
All Speech Therapist interventions shall be tailored to the individual needs of patients, including but not limited to children with developmental speech delays, adults recovering from stroke-related aphasia, individuals with autism spectrum disorder, and patients requiring voice rehabilitation. The Speech Therapist must ensure that all therapeutic materials and communication protocols are available in both Arabic and English to serve the diverse patient population in Egypt Cairo.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. The Supplier acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Purchase Order within five (5) business days of issuance.
- The Speech Therapist services described herein shall commence on 1 July 2025 and shall continue for a period of six (6) months, subject to renewal by mutual written consent. Any extension beyond the initial term shall be documented in a supplementary Purchase Order amendment.
- Payment shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Invoices must be submitted at the end of each calendar month, and payment shall be processed within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.
- The Supplier guarantees that the assigned Speech Therapist shall maintain valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000 for the entire duration of this Purchase Order. Certificates of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of services.
- All patient data and clinical records generated during the provision of Speech Therapist services in Egypt Cairo shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with Egyptian Law No. 176 of 2020 on Personal Data Protection. The Supplier shall not disclose, share, or transfer any patient information to third parties without explicit written consent from the patient or their legal guardian.
- The Buyer reserves the right to audit the Speech Therapist's clinical records, session logs, and progress reports at any reasonable time with forty-eight (48) hours' prior written notice. The Supplier shall cooperate fully with any such audit conducted at the Egypt Cairo facility.
- In the event of the assigned Speech Therapist's unavailability due to illness or emergency, the Supplier shall provide a qualified substitute Speech Therapist of equivalent or superior qualifications within forty-eight (48) hours, at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach by the Supplier, the Buyer may terminate immediately upon written notice, and the Supplier shall refund any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.
- All equipment and assistive devices listed under Item No. 06 shall become the property of the Buyer upon full payment and shall be installed at the Egypt Cairo facility within ten (10) business days of the Purchase Order effective date.
By signing below, both parties confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Speech Therapist services in Egypt Cairo. This document, together with any attached annexes, forms the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
