This Purchase Order is issued by the Yangon Children's Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Golden Lotus Speech & Language Therapy Centre (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the provision of qualified Speech Therapist services to be delivered within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area. The engagement of a certified Speech Therapist is required to support the Foundation's ongoing developmental programme for children aged 3 to 12 years who present with articulation disorders, language delays, fluency impairments, and voice disorders.
The Speech Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Myanmar Ministry of Health and Sports, and shall possess a valid professional licence to practise in Myanmar Yangon. The Speech Therapist must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in paediatric speech therapy and must be proficient in both Burmese (Myanmar) and English to ensure effective communication with families residing across the various townships of Myanmar Yangon.

4.1 Service Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Buyer's designated facility located in Sanchaung Township, Myanmar Yangon, or at such other locations within Myanmar Yangon as mutually agreed in writing by both parties. The Speech Therapist shall be responsible for all travel within the Myanmar Yangon city limits at no additional cost to the Buyer.
4.2 Service Period: The Speech Therapist engagement shall commence on 1 July 2025 and shall continue for a period of six (6) months, concluding on 31 December 2025, unless extended by mutual written agreement. The Speech Therapist shall be available for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Myanmar Standard Time.
4.3 Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly instalments. The Supplier shall submit an itemised invoice to the Buyer's procurement department no later than the fifth (5th) business day of the following month. The Buyer shall process payment within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. No payment shall be due until the Speech Therapist has fulfilled the corresponding service deliverables as outlined in Section 3 of this Purchase Order.
4.4 Professional Standards: The Speech Therapist shall adhere to all applicable professional codes of conduct, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements governing speech-language pathology practice in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The Speech Therapist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client records, assessment data, and intervention plans in accordance with Myanmar data protection regulations and the Foundation's internal privacy policies.
4.5 Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services actually rendered by the Speech Therapist up to the effective date of termination. The Supplier shall ensure a smooth transition of all client records and ongoing intervention plans to a successor Speech Therapist or to the Buyer's internal team within Myanmar Yangon.
4.6 Insurance and Liability: The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 MMK for the duration of this Purchase Order. The Supplier shall be liable for any damages or losses arising from the negligence or professional misconduct of the Speech Therapist while performing duties under this Purchase Order in Myanmar Yangon.
4.7 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and failing that, through the competent courts of Myanmar Yangon.
This Purchase Order constitutes a formal and binding request for the provision of Speech Therapist services as described herein. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the delivery of speech therapy services in Myanmar Yangon.
