- This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Medical & Rehabilitation Center for the engagement of qualified Speech Therapist professionals to deliver clinical speech and language therapy services at our facility located in Sudan Khartoum. The vendor acknowledges and accepts all terms set forth in this Purchase Order by signing below.
- The Speech Therapist(s) engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent qualification, be registered with the Sudanese Medical Specialization Board, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in Sudan Khartoum or an equivalent healthcare setting.
- All Speech Therapist services shall be rendered at the Nile Medical & Rehabilitation Center premises in Sudan Khartoum, unless otherwise agreed in writing for community outreach activities. The vendor is responsible for the transportation and logistics of the Speech Therapist team to and from the service location.
- The vendor shall submit monthly invoices to the buyer's procurement department within five (5) business days of the end of each calendar month. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice in accordance with the payment terms stated in this Purchase Order.
- The Speech Therapist must maintain full professional liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the buyer prior to the commencement of services in Sudan Khartoum.
- All patient records, assessment data, and clinical documentation produced by the Speech Therapist shall remain the exclusive property of Nile Medical & Rehabilitation Center. The vendor shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in Sudan Khartoum and shall not disclose patient information to any third party without written consent.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all Speech Therapist services rendered up to the effective date of termination, less any applicable deductions.
- The vendor warrants that the Speech Therapist assigned to this Purchase Order shall not be concurrently engaged in any competing practice within a five-kilometer radius of the Sudan Khartoum facility during the contract period.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Sudan.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the engagement of Speech Therapist services in Sudan Khartoum and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
