This Purchase Order is issued by Pacific Analytics & Research Group Inc., a data-driven research firm headquartered in Canada Vancouver, to formally engage the services of a qualified Statistician through Quantitative Solutions & Data Consulting Ltd. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to procure specialized statistical consulting, data analysis, and methodological design services required for the firm's ongoing longitudinal health outcomes research project in the Greater Vancouver metropolitan area.

The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for designing the statistical framework, conducting inferential and predictive analyses, validating data integrity across multiple cohorts, and producing peer-review-ready analytical reports. The Statistician must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related quantitative discipline, and must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in applied statistical research. The Statistician shall operate primarily from the supplier's office in Canada Vancouver and shall be available for on-site collaboration at the buyer's Canada Vancouver facility no fewer than two (2) days per week during the engagement period.

3.1 Engagement Period: The Statistician services described in this Purchase Order shall commence on July 1, 2025, and shall continue through December 15, 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 3.6.

3.2 Performance Standards: The Statistician shall adhere to the statistical reporting standards established by the Canadian Statistical Society and shall ensure all analytical outputs comply with the data privacy requirements of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applicable in the Province of British Columbia, Canada Vancouver jurisdiction.

3.3 Deliverables: All deliverables, including but not limited to statistical reports, code repositories, and presentation decks, shall be submitted to the buyer's project manager in Canada Vancouver no later than the dates specified in the project milestone schedule attached as Appendix A to this Purchase Order.

3.4 Intellectual Property: All work product, models, code, and analytical findings generated by the Statistician under this Purchase Order shall be the sole intellectual property of Pacific Analytics & Research Group Inc. The Statistician and the supplier retain no rights to reproduce, publish, or commercialize the deliverables without written consent.

3.5 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the statistical modelling phase (Item 003), and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be processed via electronic funds transfer to the supplier's registered account in Canada Vancouver.

3.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all services rendered and approved deliverables completed up to the effective date of termination.

3.7 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Vancouver. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Vancouver before proceeding to litigation in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

3.8 Confidentiality: The Statistician and all personnel of the supplier shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, methodologies, and proprietary information accessed during the performance of this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
