This Purchase Order is issued by Beijing Advanced Analytics & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Global Statistical Consulting Group, Beijing Branch (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the engagement of a qualified Statistician to provide comprehensive statistical analysis, data modeling, and research support services. The Statistician shall perform all duties and deliverables exclusively within the jurisdiction of China Beijing, adhering to all applicable national and municipal regulations governing statistical practice, data privacy, and professional conduct in the People's Republic of China.

The primary objective of this Purchase Order is to secure the professional expertise of a Statistician who possesses advanced qualifications in applied statistics, biostatistics, econometrics, or a closely related discipline. The Statistician will be embedded within the Buyer's research division located in China Beijing and will report directly to the Chief Research Officer. All work products, datasets, and analytical outputs generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Buyer and shall be stored on servers physically located within China Beijing in compliance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and the Data Security Law effective since 2021.

5.1 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three equal installments via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in China Beijing. The first installment (33.33%) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The second installment (33.33%) is due at the six-month mark of the Statistician's engagement. The final installment (33.34%) is due upon completion of all deliverables and receipt of the final statistical report. All payments shall be processed in Chinese Yuan (CNY) through a licensed financial institution operating in China Beijing.

5.2 Delivery and Performance: The Statistician shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the Buyer's premises in China Beijing. All deliverables outlined in Section 3 of this Purchase Order must be submitted in accordance with the agreed monthly schedule. Failure to meet deadlines without prior written approval from the Buyer may result in a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, capped at 10%.

5.3 Qualifications of the Statistician: The Statistician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from an accredited institution. The Statistician must possess at least five (5) years of post-graduate professional experience in statistical analysis. The Statistician must be legally authorized to work in China Beijing and must hold a valid work permit issued by the relevant authorities in the People's Republic of China. The Supplier shall provide copies of the Statistician's credentials, work permit, and professional liability insurance certificate prior to the commencement of services.

5.4 Confidentiality and Data Security: The Statistician shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) specific to the Buyer's operations in China Beijing. All data processed by the Statistician shall be handled in strict accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the People's Republic of China. No data shall be transferred outside of China Beijing or the People's Republic of China without explicit written consent from the Buyer and compliance with the Cross-Border Data Transfer regulations.

5.5 Intellectual Property: All statistical models, algorithms, reports, analyses, and derivative works created by the Statistician in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Buyer. The Statistician hereby assigns all intellectual property rights arising from the engagement to the Buyer upon creation.

5.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered by the Statistician up to the date of termination. The Supplier shall ensure an orderly transition of all ongoing statistical work and data files to the Buyer's team in China Beijing.

5.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in China Beijing. The language of arbitration shall be English.

5.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in China Beijing.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The Supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined herein for the provision of Statistician services in China Beijing.

This Purchase Order (PO-CBJ-2025-04872) is a legally binding document governing the engagement of a Statistician for professional statistical services in China Beijing. All references to "China Beijing" in this document refer to the municipal jurisdiction of Beijing, People's Republic of China. This document is issued in duplicate, with one copy retained by each party. Electronic copies bearing valid digital signatures are considered equivalent to original signed documents under the Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China.
