This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Analytics & Research Solutions S.A.E. to formally engage the services of a qualified Statistician for the execution of advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and quantitative research support. The Statistician shall perform all duties and deliverables within the jurisdiction of Egypt Cairo, specifically at the buyer's headquarters located in Downtown, Egypt Cairo, and at any additional project sites within the Greater Cairo metropolitan area as mutually agreed upon in writing.

The engagement of the Statistician under this Purchase Order covers a project duration of twelve (12) months commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written amendment. The Statistician is expected to dedicate a minimum of forty (40) working hours per week to the project, with on-site presence in Egypt Cairo required for a minimum of three (3) days per week. Remote work from any location within Egypt Cairo is permissible for the remaining days, subject to the buyer's approval.

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the Statistician's designated account at Commercial International Bank (CIB), Egypt Cairo branch. Payment shall be rendered within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice issued by the Statistician. The buyer reserves the right to withhold up to ten percent (10%) of each monthly installment as a performance retention, to be released upon satisfactory completion of the final deliverable.

6.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature. All services shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Egyptian Statistical Society and applicable regulations of the Egyptian Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).

6.2 The Statistician warrants that all statistical analyses, models, and reports delivered under this Purchase Order shall be original, free from plagiarism, and conducted with full methodological rigor. Any breach of this warranty shall entitle the buyer to terminate this Purchase Order immediately without penalty.

6.3 The Statistician shall comply with all data protection and confidentiality obligations under Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 (Personal Data Protection Law). All datasets processed in Egypt Cairo shall be stored on servers physically located within Egypt Cairo or within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

6.4 The Statistician shall not subcontract any portion of the work described in this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the buyer. Any approved subcontractor must also be based in or regularly operating within Egypt Cairo.

6.5 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Egypt Cairo, and the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall govern this Purchase Order.

6.6 This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written addendum signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be valid.

The Statistician shall submit monthly progress reports to the buyer's project manager by the fifth (5th) business day of each month. Final project deliverables, including the completed statistical modeling documentation, survey sampling framework, and training materials, shall be submitted in both digital (PDF and source code) and printed formats. Acceptance of deliverables shall be confirmed in writing by the buyer within ten (10) business days of submission. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall constitute deemed acceptance.
