This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Analytics Group LLC for the engagement of a qualified Statistician to perform comprehensive data analysis, modeling, and reporting services within the jurisdiction of Russia Moscow. The Statistician shall be responsible for designing and executing statistical methodologies, conducting hypothesis testing, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to support the strategic decision-making processes of the purchasing entity.

The scope of work assigned to the Statistician under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

• Design and implementation of a multivariate regression analysis framework for the Q3 2025 market research dataset collected across the Russia Moscow metropolitan area.
• Development of time-series forecasting models using ARIMA and GARCH methodologies for revenue projection over a 24-month horizon.
• Conduct of A/B testing and experimental design for three concurrent product optimization initiatives.
• Preparation of a comprehensive statistical report (minimum 120 pages) summarizing findings, confidence intervals, p-values, and effect sizes for executive review.
• Two on-site consultation sessions per month at the Russia Moscow headquarters to provide real-time guidance to the internal data team.
• Training of four junior analysts in advanced statistical software (R, Python, SAS) over a period of six weeks.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable federal legislation in force in Russia Moscow at the time of execution.
2. Performance Period: The Statistician shall commence services on 1 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables no later than 31 December 2025, unless otherwise extended by mutual written agreement.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three equal installments of 1,785,200 RUB (inclusive of VAT) via bank transfer to the account of Quantum Statistical Consulting Bureau. The first installment is due within 10 business days of the date of this Purchase Order. The second installment is due upon completion of month three. The final installment is due upon acceptance of the comprehensive statistical report.
4. Confidentiality: The Statistician shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, trade secrets, and business information accessed during the performance of services in Russia Moscow. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Appendix A to this Purchase Order.
5. Intellectual Property: All statistical models, code, reports, and analytical outputs produced by the Statistician under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Meridian Analytics Group LLC upon full payment.
6. Quality Assurance: The Statistician guarantees that all analyses shall adhere to internationally recognized statistical standards (ISO 8000 for data quality, ASA guidelines for statistical practice). Any deliverable found to contain material errors shall be corrected at no additional cost within 15 business days.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Statistician shall deliver all work-in-progress materials and the Buyer shall pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Russia Moscow.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia Moscow.
