This Purchase Order is issued by Iberian Data Analytics Group S.L. to formally engage the services of a qualified Statistician for the execution of advanced statistical modelling, data analysis, and predictive analytics work. The Statistician shall perform all professional duties in accordance with the standards established by the Spanish Statistical Society and the applicable regulations of the Madrid regional professional body. All deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be produced, reviewed, and delivered at the Buyer's premises located in Spain Madrid, specifically at the address listed in Section 1, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

The Statistician is expected to possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in applied statistics, biostatistics, or econometrics, and must hold a recognized doctoral degree in Statistics or a closely related quantitative discipline. The engagement is strictly limited to the scope defined in this Purchase Order and the accompanying Statement of Work (SOW-2025-SPM-04872-A).

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the Spanish Civil Code and the applicable commercial regulations of the Community of Madrid. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
2. The Statistician shall comply with all data protection obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). All patient and respondent data processed under this Purchase Order shall remain within the jurisdiction of Spain Madrid and shall not be transferred to third parties or to servers located outside the European Economic Area without prior written consent from the Buyer.
3. The Statistician is engaged as an independent professional contractor and not as an employee of the Buyer. The Statistician shall be responsible for all applicable Spanish social security contributions, income tax (IRPF), and professional liability insurance.
4. All intellectual property, analytical code, models, and reports produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Iberian Data Analytics Group S.L. upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios, subject to a 90-day confidentiality period.
5. Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account designated by the Statistician within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-SPM-04872).
6. The Statistician shall provide a weekly progress report every Friday to the Buyer's Procurement Director. Any deviation from the agreed timeline exceeding five (5) working days must be reported in writing within 48 hours.
7. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
8. The Statistician shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of € 1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and for a further two (2) years thereafter.
9. All on-site work, meetings, and presentations related to this Purchase Order shall take place at the Buyer's office in Spain Madrid unless the Buyer authorizes remote work in writing.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and service descriptions set forth in this Purchase Order. This document constitutes a binding agreement for the engagement of the Statistician for the services described herein, to be performed in and around Spain Madrid.
