This Purchase Order is issued by Clinique Al Amal Medical Center, located in Morocco Casablanca, to formally engage the services of a qualified Surgeon for a defined period of surgical operations, consultations, and post-operative care. The Surgeon shall provide all medical expertise, clinical judgment, and professional oversight required for the procedures outlined below. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the purchasing institution and the Surgeon, and all terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including the Moroccan Public Health Code and the regulations of the Moroccan Medical Council.
The Surgeon is expected to report to the surgical wing of Clinique Al Amal in Morocco Casablanca and shall maintain full compliance with all institutional protocols, sterilization standards, and patient safety guidelines established by the facility. The Surgeon shall also be responsible for documenting all surgical procedures in the hospital information system and providing written reports to the Chief Medical Officer within forty-eight (48) hours of each operation.

The Surgeon shall maintain valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 MAD throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. All surgical instruments and consumables required for the procedures listed above shall be procured separately by Clinique Al Amal unless otherwise specified in a supplementary Purchase Order. The Surgeon agrees to a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this engagement, within a 50-kilometer radius of Morocco Casablanca.
Any modification to the scope of services, quantities, or pricing under this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties. Failure to meet the required delivery date or to perform the agreed-upon surgical procedures may result in a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 15%.
Note: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of issuance. The Surgeon must present a current certificate of good standing from the Moroccan Medical Council prior to commencing any surgical procedure at the facility in Morocco Casablanca. All patient data handled by the Surgeon shall be protected in accordance with Law 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data in Morocco.This Purchase Order has been reviewed and authorized by the undersigned representatives of Clinique Al Amal Medical Center, Morocco Casablanca. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Surgeon.
