This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Specialist Medical Center, Doha, Qatar, to procure the professional services of a qualified Surgeon for a defined contractual period. 5.1 Scope of Engagement: The Surgeon engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all surgical duties in strict compliance with the clinical protocols of Al Noor Specialist Medical Center, Doha, Qatar. The Surgeon must hold a valid license issued by the Qatar Health Regulatory Authority and maintain all required certifications throughout the contract term.
5.2 Commencement and Duration: The Surgeon's service period shall commence on 01 August 2025 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months, concluding on 31 July 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement between the parties.
5.3 Payment Terms: Payment for the Surgeon's services shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. All payments shall be processed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Global Medical Talent Solutions LLC in Qatar Doha.
5.4 Performance Standards: The Surgeon shall adhere to all patient safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and documentation requirements as stipulated by the Ministry of Public Health of Qatar. Failure to meet these standards may result in termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.
5.5 Confidentiality: The Surgeon shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient records, clinical data, and proprietary information of the facility in Qatar Doha. This obligation shall survive the termination of the contract for a period of five (5) years.
5.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of gross negligence, malpractice, or violation of Qatar medical law, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate immediately without notice.
5.7 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar Doha.
5.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Qatar Doha.
The Supplier shall ensure that the Surgeon is fully credentialed, licensed, and available to commence duties at the Al Noor Specialist Medical Center, Doha, Qatar, no later than 01 August 2025. All visa, work permit, and medical fitness documentation must be completed and submitted to the Buyer's Human Resources department at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the commencement date. The Surgeon shall report to the Director of Medical Affairs upon arrival in Qatar Doha for orientation and facility familiarization.
This Purchase Order constitutes a binding commitment upon signature by both parties. The Supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to furnish the Surgeon services as described herein in full compliance with all stated terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements applicable in Qatar Doha.
