This Purchase Order is issued to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Systems Engineer to be deployed and performing duties within the city of Kazakhstan Almaty. The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise-level IT infrastructure systems at the Buyer’s primary data center and office facilities located in Kazakhstan Almaty.

The Systems Engineer assigned to fulfill the obligations under this Purchase Order in Kazakhstan Almaty must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Certification in at least one of the following: Cisco CCIE, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or VMware VCP-DCV.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), Windows Server, and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
- Working knowledge of Kazakhstan’s national data protection regulations and the legal framework governing IT infrastructure in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Fluency in Russian and Kazakh languages, with professional working proficiency in English for technical documentation.
- Valid work permit or employment authorization for the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the ability to perform duties physically present in Kazakhstan Almaty.
5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the procurement of Systems Engineer professional services to be rendered in Kazakhstan Almaty. All terms herein are governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable commercial legislation.
5.2 The Seller warrants that the Systems Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall be fully qualified, legally authorized to work in Kazakhstan, and shall maintain all necessary professional certifications throughout the contract period in Kazakhstan Almaty.
5.3 Payment shall be processed in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the Seller’s designated account. Invoices shall be submitted on the last business day of each calendar month for services rendered in Kazakhstan Almaty during that period.
5.4 The Buyer reserves the right to audit the Systems Engineer’s work product, time records, and compliance with service-level agreements at any reasonable time during the contract term.
5.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Seller shall ensure a structured handover of all Systems Engineer work products, documentation, and access credentials related to the Kazakhstan Almaty infrastructure.
5.6 All intellectual property created by the Systems Engineer in the course of performing duties under this Purchase Order in Kazakhstan Almaty shall be the sole property of the Buyer.
5.7 The Systems Engineer shall comply with all local labor laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements applicable to the city of Kazakhstan Almaty and the Republic of Kazakhstan at large.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms specified in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Systems Engineer in Kazakhstan Almaty. This document shall be valid upon execution by authorized representatives of both the Buyer and the Seller.
