This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Technology Solutions W.L.L. (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Authority") to procure the professional services of a qualified Systems Engineer to be deployed and performing duties at the Purchasing Authority's primary operational facility located in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The engagement of the Systems Engineer is intended to support the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the enterprise IT infrastructure, network architecture, server environments, and cybersecurity frameworks that underpin the daily operations of the Purchasing Authority and its affiliated business units within the State of Kuwait.

The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the following core deliverables and responsibilities throughout the contract period:

• Design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise-level server systems, including but not limited to Windows Server, Linux-based platforms, and virtualized environments hosted at the Kuwait City data center facility.
• End-to-end management of the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure serving all office locations within Kuwait City and the broader Kuwait metropolitan area.
• Implementation and continuous monitoring of cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption standards in compliance with the Kuwait Information and Network Security Authority (INSA) regulations.
• Provision of on-site technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware and software systems at the Kuwait City headquarters, with a guaranteed response time of no more than two (2) hours for critical incidents.
• Preparation of quarterly infrastructure reports, capacity planning documents, and technology roadmap recommendations submitted to the Chief Information Officer of the Purchasing Authority.
• Coordination with third-party vendors and cloud service providers to ensure seamless integration of hybrid IT solutions within the Kuwait City operational environment.

All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are denominated in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, and statutory deductions as mandated by the State of Kuwait. Payment shall be processed on a monthly basis within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the vendor, provided that the Systems Engineer has fulfilled all contractual obligations for the corresponding billing period. The Purchasing Authority reserves the right to withhold payment in the event of non-compliance with service-level agreements or failure to meet the performance benchmarks outlined in Annex A of the master services agreement.

1. The Systems Engineer shall report directly to the IT Director of the Purchasing Authority and shall be physically present at the Kuwait City headquarters (Office Tower 7, Al-Salimiyah District) during standard business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in accordance with the official working week in Kuwait.
2. The vendor shall ensure that the Systems Engineer holds a valid Kuwait work permit, residence card (Iqama), and all necessary professional certifications prior to the commencement date specified in this Purchase Order.
3. Confidentiality and data protection obligations shall be strictly observed in accordance with the Kuwait Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2016). The Systems Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary systems or client data within the Kuwait City facility.
4. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kuwait City.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the vendor shall ensure a structured knowledge transfer from the Systems Engineer to the Purchasing Authority's internal IT team within fourteen (14) days of the termination effective date.
6. The vendor shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity and liability insurance coverage of no less than KWD 500,000 for the duration of the contract, with the Purchasing Authority named as an additional insured party.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Systems Engineer at the designated facility in Kuwait, Kuwait City. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
