This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Madina Technology Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Systems Engineer to provide end-to-end infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance services at our primary data center and operational facilities located in Pakistan Karachi. The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of our enterprise IT infrastructure, including server architecture, network topology, cloud hybrid environments, and cybersecurity frameworks.
The selected Systems Engineer must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in enterprise systems engineering, with demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying scalable infrastructure solutions. The role will be performed on-site at our Pakistan Karachi headquarters, with occasional travel to satellite offices within the Karachi metropolitan area as required by project milestones.

Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Pakistan Karachi. Each monthly payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and a signed monthly performance report from the Systems Engineer. A retention of ten percent (10%) shall be withheld from each monthly installment and released upon successful completion of the final deliverable and a thirty-day defect liability period. All payments are subject to the vendor maintaining a valid Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) and submitting the requisite withholding tax certificates as mandated by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan.
- Location & Reporting: The Systems Engineer shall report daily to the Al-Madina Technology Solutions office located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Pakistan Karachi, between 09:00 and 18:00 (Monday through Saturday), in accordance with standard working hours in Pakistan Karachi.
- Qualification & Certification: The Systems Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline, along with at least two (2) of the following certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+. Certifications must be verified prior to commencement.
- Confidentiality & NDA: The Systems Engineer and the vendor shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) compliant with the Pakistan Electronic Transactions Ordinance (2000) before accessing any proprietary data, network credentials, or architectural documentation of Al-Madina Technology Solutions.
- Performance Standards: The Systems Engineer shall adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined in Annexure A of this Purchase Order, which includes a maximum system downtime of four (4) hours per quarter and a response time of no more than thirty (30) minutes for critical incidents at the Pakistan Karachi site.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach by the vendor, Al-Madina Technology Solutions reserves the right to terminate immediately upon written notice, and the Systems Engineer's access to all systems and facilities in Pakistan Karachi shall be revoked within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The governing law shall be the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Insurance & Liability: The vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than PKR 25,000,000 covering the Systems Engineer's activities performed in Pakistan Karachi. The vendor shall be liable for any damage to hardware, software, or data resulting from negligence or unauthorized access by the Systems Engineer.
- Compliance: All work performed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regulations, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) data protection guidelines, and all applicable labor laws of Sindh Province, Pakistan Karachi.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by the vendor. The vendor is required to confirm acceptance and provide the Systems Engineer's full CV, certification copies, and a signed NDA within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within the stipulated period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
