This Purchase Order is issued by East African Digital Infrastructure Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Systems Engineer to be deployed and stationed at the company’s primary operations centre in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the enterprise IT infrastructure, including but not limited to server architectures, network topologies, virtualization platforms, cloud integration layers, and cybersecurity frameworks. The engagement is structured as a fixed-term professional services contract covering a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement.

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between East African Digital Infrastructure Ltd. and TechBridge Solutions Africa upon acceptance and countersignature by both parties.

4.2 The Systems Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of documented professional experience in enterprise systems engineering, possess relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP, or equivalent), and demonstrate proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, VMware, and cloud-native platforms.

4.3 All services shall be rendered at the designated work location in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, specifically at the East African Digital Infrastructure Ltd. premises on Sam Nujoma Road, Kilimani. The Systems Engineer is expected to be physically present on-site for a minimum of five (5) working days per week.

4.4 Payment shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the vendor’s designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-EADIL-2025-0472).

4.5 The vendor shall ensure that the Systems Engineer complies with all applicable Tanzanian labour laws, immigration regulations (if applicable), and data protection statutes, including the Tanzania Data Protection Act No. 6 of 2022.

4.6 Intellectual property developed, configured, or documented by the Systems Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the sole property of East African Digital Infrastructure Ltd.

4.7 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days’ written notice in the event of material breach, provided that all services rendered up to the termination date shall be compensated in full.

4.8 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20 of the Laws of Tanzania.

By signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Systems Engineer services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.

This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any modifications to the scope, pricing, or terms must be documented in a formal amendment to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties. This document is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement office in Tanzania Dar es Salaam at the address stated above.
