2. Description of ProcurementThis Purchase Order is issued by Central Asia Digital Infrastructure LLC for the procurement of a qualified Systems Engineer to be deployed and performing professional duties within the city of Uzbekistan Tashkent. The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-level IT infrastructure, network architecture, server environments, and integrated computing systems at the buyer's primary data center and operational facilities located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The engagement of this Systems Engineer is critical to ensuring the continuity, security, and scalability of the buyer's digital operations across the Uzbekistan Tashkent metropolitan region.

The Systems Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the buyer's premises in Uzbekistan Tashkent:
- Design, deploy, and maintain the enterprise server infrastructure, including virtualization platforms, storage area networks, and backup systems.
- Manage and optimize the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) topology connecting all operational sites within Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control mechanisms to protect the buyer's digital assets.
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to internal teams and ensure 99.5% uptime for all critical systems.
- Conduct regular system audits, capacity planning, and performance benchmarking in accordance with international ITIL and ISO 27001 standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and the Uzbekistan Tashkent municipal telecommunications authority for connectivity and compliance matters.
- Prepare monthly technical reports and quarterly strategic recommendations for the IT leadership team.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable commercial regulations in force in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- The Systems Engineer shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause valid for 24 months following the termination of this engagement.
- Payment shall be made in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the vendor's registered account within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
- The vendor guarantees that the Systems Engineer possesses a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in enterprise systems engineering and holds at least one of the following certifications: Cisco CCNP, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or VMware VCP.
- Any modification to the scope of work, duration, or compensation outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
- The vendor is responsible for all labor law compliance, social insurance contributions, and tax obligations related to the Systems Engineer as required by the Republic of Uzbekistan labor legislation.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Center of the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tashkent.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized representatives and remains valid until the completion of all deliverables or until 31 July 2026, whichever comes first.
