Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- Scope of Tailor Services: All garments and alterations specified in this Purchase Order shall be executed by Vancouver Heritage Tailor & Bespoke Atelier using only premium-grade materials sourced within Canada or approved international suppliers. The Master Tailor or a designated senior Tailor shall personally oversee each bespoke piece to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.
- Location of Work: All tailoring, fitting, and finishing work shall take place at the Tailor's atelier located at 487 West Georgia Street, Canada Vancouver, BC V6C 2S5, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The on-site consultation (Item 06) shall be conducted at the Buyer's premises in Canada Vancouver.
- Payment Terms: A 40% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% balance shall be payable within 15 business days of final delivery and written acceptance of all garments. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer to the Tailor's business account registered in Canada Vancouver.
- Delivery and Acceptance: The Tailor shall deliver all completed items to the Buyer's office at 1200 Granville Street, Canada Vancouver, on or before the dates specified in the order table. The Buyer shall have five (5) business days to inspect and accept or reject each item. Rejected items must be remedied by the Tailor at no additional cost within ten (10) business days.
- Quality Assurance: The Tailor guarantees that all bespoke garments shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Any stitching failure, button detachment, or structural defect discovered within this warranty period shall be repaired by the Tailor at no charge.
- Confidentiality: The Tailor acknowledges that all measurements, design specifications, and client information obtained during the execution of this Purchase Order are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of Pacific Crest Corporate Attire Ltd.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Vancouver. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Vancouver before proceeding to litigation in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events affecting Canada Vancouver, supply chain disruptions, or government-mandated closures. The Tailor shall notify the Buyer in writing within 48 hours of any such event.
- Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order, including changes to garment specifications, quantities, or delivery timelines, must be documented in a written addendum signed by both the Buyer's Procurement Director and the Master Tailor.
