1. This Purchase Order is issued by Groupe Hôtel & Réception de Lyon SAS and constitutes a binding request for the Tailor services and materials described herein. The supplier, Atelier du Tailor, confirms acceptance by signing below.
2. All tailoring work shall be executed in accordance with the highest standards of French bespoke craftsmanship. The Master Tailor shall personally oversee pattern drafting, cutting, and final fitting for all bespoke items (Ref 01 and 03).
3. Delivery of all goods and completion of all services shall take place at the buyer’s premises located at 42 Quai de Serbie, 69002 Lyon, France, unless otherwise specified in the individual line items. The Tailor is responsible for all transportation within France Lyon and the surrounding metropolitan area.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the final invoice, by bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
5. The Tailor guarantees a minimum twelve-month warranty on all bespoke garments against defects in workmanship, stitching, and structural integrity. Any repair or rework required under this warranty shall be performed at no additional cost to the buyer.
6. All fabrics, threads, buttons, and trims used in the production of garments under this Purchase Order shall be of premium grade. The supplier shall provide material certificates upon request, particularly for the Italian wool and Lyon silk referenced in this order.
7. Confidentiality: The Tailor and all personnel involved in the execution of this Purchase Order shall treat all client measurements, design specifications, and corporate branding details as strictly confidential. No information pertaining to the buyer’s staff or corporate identity shall be disclosed to third parties.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or supply chain disruptions affecting the France Lyon region.
9. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Lyon, France.
10. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall not be binding.

The buyer requests that the Tailor schedule a preliminary fitting session no later than 25 July 2025 for all bespoke items (Ref 01 and 03) to ensure precise measurements and final adjustments. All corporate uniform pieces (Ref 02) must bear the embroidered logo of Groupe Hôtel & Réception de Lyon on the left breast pocket, using gold thread on navy fabric. The Tailor shall provide a digital proof of the embroidery design for buyer approval at least ten (10) business days before production begins. All garments must be delivered in individual garment bags with tissue paper wrapping, accompanied by a care instruction card in both French and English.
