- Delivery Location: All finished garments shall be delivered to the Himalayan Corporate Apparel Division warehouse located at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. The Tailor shall arrange transportation at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Timeline: The Tailor shall commence production within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. A progress review meeting shall be held at the Tailor's workshop in Ason Bazaar, Kathmandu, Nepal, no later than 20 July 2025. Final delivery of all items is due by 15 August 2025.
- Payment Schedule: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be paid as an advance within three (3) working days of mutual signature. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be disbursed within seven (7) working days of successful delivery and acceptance of all garments.
- Quality Standards: The Tailor shall ensure all stitching is performed to a minimum of 12 stitches per inch. All seams shall be reinforced at stress points. Garments must pass a three-point quality check (measurement accuracy, stitch integrity, and finish) before packaging. Any defective items shall be reworked at the Tailor's own expense within five (5) working days.
- Measurement Fittings: The Tailor shall conduct individual body measurements for all 200 employees at the buyer's office in Kathmandu, Nepal, between 20 June and 28 June 2025. A minimum of two (2) master Tailors shall be assigned to this fitting exercise.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, quantities, and pricing set forth in this Purchase Order for Tailor services rendered in Nepal Kathmandu. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and the Tailor workshop for the duration of the project.
