This Purchase Order is issued by Harbourview Corporate Attire Ltd. to engage the services of Wellington Bespoke Tailor & Couture House, a registered and licensed Tailor operating in the heart of New Zealand Wellington. The Tailor is engaged to provide a comprehensive suite of bespoke tailoring, garment alteration, and custom garment construction services for a corporate client group of forty-two (42) senior executives based in the Wellington region. All work shall be performed at the Tailor's premises on Featherston Street, Lambton Quay, Wellington, or at such other location within New Zealand Wellington as mutually agreed in writing by both parties.

The Tailor shall ensure that all garments are constructed to the highest standards of craftsmanship consistent with the reputation of the New Zealand Wellington tailoring trade. All materials, threads, linings, and auxiliary components shall be of premium grade and sourced from approved suppliers within New Zealand or from internationally recognised textile houses, as specified in the attached material schedule.

The Tailor shall complete all bespoke garment construction and deliver the finished items to the purchaser's premises at 128 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington, New Zealand, in accordance with the following phased schedule:

  • Phase 1 (by 15 July 2025): Completion and delivery of all 42 bespoke suits and 126 dress shirts, including a minimum of two (2) fitting appointments per executive at the Tailor's Lambton Quay workshop in Wellington.
  • Phase 2 (by 5 August 2025): Completion and delivery of all 42 overcoats and 12 tuxedos, with final fitting sessions conducted at the purchaser's Wellington office.
  • Phase 3 (by 22 August 2025): Completion of all 180 alteration services and final quality inspection. All garments to be pressed, bagged individually, and delivered to the purchaser's Wellington warehouse.
  • Payment shall be made by direct bank transfer to the Tailor's nominated New Zealand bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice issued by Wellington Bespoke Tailor & Couture House.
  • A deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Purchase Order value, being NZD 90,939.13 (inclusive of GST), shall be payable within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order to commence the Tailor's production schedule.
  • All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax Act 1985.
  • Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and applicable commercial practice in Wellington.
  • The purchaser reserves the right to withhold payment for any garments that do not meet the agreed specifications or quality standards as determined by a joint inspection with the Tailor.

The Tailor warrants that all garments produced under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final delivery. The Tailor shall employ a minimum of three (3) experienced journeymen and one (1) master tailor in the execution of this order. All hand-stitching, canvas work, and finishing shall be performed in accordance with the traditional bespoke tailoring methods practised in New Zealand Wellington and internationally recognised couture standards.

The Tailor shall provide the purchaser with weekly progress reports via email, detailing the status of each garment batch. Any delays exceeding five (5) business days beyond the scheduled delivery dates shall entitle the purchaser to a credit of two percent (2%) of the affected line item value per week of delay, up to a maximum of ten percent (10%).

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, specifically as applicable in the Wellington region. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to mediation under the New Zealand Dispute Resolution Service, and if mediation is unsuccessful, to the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, specifications, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for Tailor services in New Zealand Wellington. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon execution by both authorised representatives.
