All completed tailoring work and procured materials shall be delivered to the buyer's premises at 42-B, Blue Area, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan. The Tailor is responsible for secure packaging and delivery within the Islamabad Capital Territory. Delivery shall be completed no later than 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order. In the event of delivery to satellite locations within Islamabad (including DHA, F-6, G-11, or Bahria Town Islamabad), the Tailor shall coordinate logistics at no additional cost to the buyer.
5. Terms & Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Tailor for the scope of work described herein. Both parties acknowledge that this document governs all tailoring services rendered in Pakistan Islamabad under this contract.
- The Tailor shall use only the specified premium-grade fabrics and materials. Substitution of materials without prior written approval from the Buyer's Procurement Manager is strictly prohibited.
- Two fitting sessions shall be conducted at the Tailor's workshop in F-10 Markaz, Islamabad, to ensure precise measurements and a perfect fit for each garment. The Buyer's staff shall be available for fittings as scheduled.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Tailor's designated account (Meezan Bank, Islamabad Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3367). A 50% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, and the remaining 50% shall be settled within 7 working days of final delivery and quality acceptance.
- The Tailor guarantees a 90-day workmanship warranty on all bespoke tailoring. Any defects in stitching, alignment, or finishing discovered within this period shall be rectified at no additional charge by the Master Tailor.
- All work shall comply with the labour standards and trade regulations enforced by the Islamabad Capital Territory government. The Tailor confirms that all workshop employees are properly registered and compensated in accordance with Pakistani labour law.
- Confidentiality: The Tailor shall not disclose the Buyer's corporate identity, design specifications, or employee measurements to any third party. This clause is particularly important given the bespoke nature of the tailoring work performed in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Islamabad, severe weather, or national emergencies declared by the Government of Pakistan.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the Islamabad District Court for adjudication under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance beyond this period requires re-issuance and re-approval by the Buyer's management.
