- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al Noor Corporate Services W.L.L. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Al Rayyan Master Tailor & Bespoke Garments Co. (hereinafter "the Tailor" or "the Vendor") for the provision of bespoke tailoring services and custom garments as specified herein.
- All garments and tailoring services shall be manufactured and completed at the Tailor's licensed workshop located in Al Sadd, Doha, State of Qatar, in full compliance with the commercial regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Qatar.
- The Tailor shall ensure that all fabrics, threads, buttons, and accessories used in the production of the tailored garments meet the quality standards specified in the attached technical annexure. Any substitution of materials must be approved in writing by the Buyer's procurement department prior to commencement of work.
- Delivery of all completed items shall be made to the Buyer's office at Doha Tower, West Bay, Doha, Qatar, no later than 05 July 2025. The Tailor is responsible for all transportation, packaging, and insurance of the garments during transit within Doha and the State of Qatar.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Tailor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of successful delivery and written acceptance of the goods by the Buyer. The total amount due under this Purchase Order is QAR 83,220.00 (Eighty-Three Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Qatari Riyals), inclusive of 14% Qatar Value Added Tax (VAT).
- The Tailor shall provide a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions for each client at their workshop in Al Sadd, Doha, to ensure proper sizing and fit. Any additional fittings beyond the included sessions shall be charged at QAR 100 per session and must be pre-approved by the Buyer.
- In the event of any defect, damage, or non-conformity in the tailored garments upon delivery, the Tailor shall rectify or replace the affected items at no additional cost to the Buyer within seven (7) working days of written notice from the Buyer.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
- The Tailor warrants that all work performed under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common to the Doha region, government-mandated closures, or acts of God. The affected party must notify the other in writing within 48 hours of the occurrence.
- All intellectual property, including the Buyer's company logo and monogram designs provided for embroidery, remains the sole property of the Buyer. The Tailor shall not reproduce, distribute, or use such designs for any other client without prior written consent.
- This Purchase Order may only be amended or modified by a written addendum signed and stamped by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements or informal communications shall not constitute a valid modification of this document.
