Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is issued by Société Ibrahima Ndiaye & Fils SARL, a company duly registered in Senegal Dakar, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the named Tailor vendor.
All garments and Tailor services described herein must conform to the specifications, measurements, and design mock-ups approved in writing by the Procurement Manager prior to final production.
The Tailor shall provide a minimum of two fitting sessions for all bespoke items (Items 01, 02, and 03) at the Atelier Couture Mame Diarra workshop in Médina, Dakar, Senegal, or at the buyer's Plateau office at the buyer's discretion.
Delivery of all completed items shall be made to the address specified in Senegal Dakar no later than 05 August 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Tailor's designated account in Senegal within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice (facture) and confirmed delivery of all goods.
All materials used in the Tailor's construction of garments must be of the grade and origin specified. Substitution of fabric, thread, or hardware without prior written approval from the buyer is strictly prohibited.
The Tailor warrants that all workmanship meets professional standards. Any garment exhibiting defects in stitching, alignment, or finishing within sixty (60) days of delivery shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Dakar, Senegal.
The Tailor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all materials and in-progress garments stored at the workshop in Dakar throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
Confidentiality: All design specifications, client measurements, and corporate branding details shared under this Purchase Order are proprietary to the buyer. The Tailor shall not reproduce, photograph, or disclose such information to any third party.

Important Note for Senegal Dakar Operations: All deliveries within the Dakar metropolitan area shall be coordinated through the buyer's logistics team. The Tailor is requested to confirm delivery readiness at least 48 hours in advance. Given the peak season demand on Tailor services in Dakar during the August period, early scheduling of fitting appointments is strongly recommended. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be conducted in French or English, with written confirmations preferred for all specification changes. Acceptance & Authorization
