Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Atlantic Corporate Apparel (Pty) Ltd, a registered company in South Africa, to Heritage Tailors & Bespoke Couture (Pty) Ltd for the provision of tailor services and custom garment manufacturing in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
- The Tailor shall commence production within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Purchase Order. All bespoke fitting sessions shall be scheduled at the Tailor's workshop located on Long Street, Cape Town, at mutually convenient times.
- All garments must be completed and delivered to the buyer's offices at 42 Bree Street, Cape Town, no later than 08 August 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- The Tailor warrants that all workmanship shall be of the highest bespoke standard, using only the materials specified in this Purchase Order. Any garment found to be defective within ninety (90) days of delivery shall be repaired or replaced at the Tailor's sole cost.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Tailor, via electronic funds transfer to the bank account specified above. All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% as per South African tax law.
- The Tailor shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the buyer's corporate branding, employee measurements, and any proprietary design specifications shared in connection with this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
- The Tailor shall comply with all applicable South African labour legislation, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and shall ensure that all work performed in the Cape Town workshop adheres to occupational health and safety standards.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal instructions shall not constitute a valid modification to the scope, pricing, or delivery schedule outlined herein.
