- This Purchase Order is issued by Seoul Corporate Apparel Division, Ltd., and constitutes a binding request for the Tailor, Haengbok Custom Tailor Studio, to provide the bespoke tailoring services and materials listed herein. All work shall be performed at the Tailor's workshop located in South Korea Seoul or at the client's designated office within the same metropolitan area.
- The Tailor shall conduct all measurements, pattern drafting, cutting, stitching, pressing, and final quality inspection in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Any deviation from the agreed fabric grade, thread count, or finishing standard must be approved in writing by the Authorized Buyer prior to execution.
- Delivery of all completed garments shall be made to the client's headquarters at 123 Gangnam-daero, South Korea Seoul, no later than July 15, 2025. The Tailor is responsible for all packaging, labeling, and last-mile delivery logistics within the South Korea Seoul metropolitan region.
- Payment shall be remitted via bank transfer to the Tailor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the final invoice and confirmed delivery. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Korean commercial law.
- The Tailor guarantees a minimum twelve (12) month workmanship warranty on all bespoke items. Any seam failure, button detachment, or structural defect arising from the Tailor's craftsmanship shall be repaired at no additional cost within the warranty period.
- Confidentiality: The Tailor acknowledges that employee measurements, body data, and corporate design specifications are proprietary. All such information shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party in South Korea Seoul or internationally without written consent.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in South Korea Seoul under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
- The Tailor shall provide a detailed progress report every five (5) business days from the date of this Purchase Order until final delivery, including photographs of each stage of the tailoring process.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the South Korea Seoul region, shall extend the delivery deadline proportionally, subject to mutual written agreement.
